Corrections Policy

BU Digital Solution is committed to publishing accurate, useful, and responsible information. When a factual error is identified, we review the issue carefully and make appropriate corrections.

Last Updated: September 2026

Our Commitment to Accuracy

We understand that readers rely on our content for information and insight. Our corrections process is designed to address genuine factual errors transparently while preserving the integrity and context of our published work.

What May Require a Correction?

A correction may be appropriate when published content contains a factual error or another issue that could materially affect a reader's understanding of the information.

Examples of Correctable Issues

  • Incorrect names, dates, figures, or factual details.
  • Incorrect attribution of information or statements.
  • Material factual information presented inaccurately.
  • Significant errors that could mislead readers.
  • Other verifiable factual inaccuracies identified after publication.

Changes That May Not Require a Correction

  • Minor spelling or grammatical changes that do not affect meaning.
  • Formatting or presentation improvements.
  • Routine updates to information that are clearly presented as updates.
  • Differences in interpretation, analysis, or opinion where the underlying facts are accurately represented.

Our Correction Process

When a possible error is brought to our attention, the issue is reviewed using available evidence and the original published material.

01

Report

A reader, contributor, or member of our team identifies a possible factual issue.

02

Review

The available evidence and original content are reviewed to determine whether an error occurred.

03

Correct

Confirmed factual errors are corrected in the published content where appropriate.

04

Update

Significant corrections may be identified or explained within the article when transparency requires it.

How to Request a Correction

If you believe an article contains a factual error, please contact us with enough information for our team to review the issue accurately.

Article URL Provide the link to the published article.
Issue Identified Clearly explain the specific information you believe is incorrect.
Supporting Evidence Where possible, provide a reliable source or documentation supporting your correction.

Review & Editorial Judgment

Correction requests are reviewed based on the available evidence, relevance, and significance of the reported issue. Submitting a correction request does not automatically mean that an article will be changed. Our editorial team may request additional information when necessary to evaluate a claim.

Transparency After Publication

When a material factual error is confirmed, BU Digital Solution may update the affected content and, where appropriate, provide a correction or clarification so readers can understand what was changed. Routine updates may be incorporated into content without a separate correction notice when the underlying information has simply changed over time.
