How to Submit Your Article

We want to make submitting your article as easy as possible. You do not need to send us a Word, PDF, or other file attachment. Simply place your article in Google Docs or Microsoft OneDrive and send us a view-only link.

Important: Please do not attach your article directly to your email. Instead, follow one of the two simple methods below. You can choose whichever method is easier for you.

Option 1: Google Docs

If your article is already in Google Docs, follow these simple steps to give our team access.

Open your completed article in Google Docs.

Click the blue Share button in the top-right corner.

Under General access, change Restricted to Anyone with the link.

Make sure the permission is set to Viewer. This allows us to read your article without changing it.

Click Copy link and paste that link into your email.
✓ Your article is now ready to submit.

Option 2: Microsoft OneDrive

If your article is saved in Microsoft Word or OneDrive, you can submit it using a simple view-only sharing link.

Open your article in OneDrive or Word Online.

Click the Share button.

In the sharing settings, choose Anyone with the link.

Make sure Allow editing is turned off and the document is view-only.

Click Copy link and paste that link into your email.

Content submitted to BU Digital Solution must be 100% original and exclusive to our website.

Your article must not have been published anywhere else before submission, including your own website, blog, Medium, LinkedIn, or other publishing platforms.

You may not republish the same article on another website or platform after it has been published on BU Digital Solution.

We reserve the right to republish, distribute, or promote published contributions through our official LinkedIn page and other BU Digital Solution channels.

Links & Author Bio

  • Approved guest posts may include one link to the author's verified website.
  • The author website link should be placed within the Author Bio.
  • We may apply nofollow or sponsored attributes where appropriate.
  • Broken, unsafe, misleading, or inappropriate links may be removed.

Prohibited Links

  • Gambling websites.
  • Adult content.
  • Illegal substances.
  • Predatory financial schemes or scams.
  • Low-quality link networks or spam websites.
  • Other websites that do not meet our editorial standards.
